With each class she teaches, Cara’s ultimate goal is to create a practice that becomes a moving meditation...reminding us to listen and check in with ourselves. Focusing on alignment and acknowledging what feels best in our bodies while using the breath and connecting to the whole body is how Cara guides students toward a solid yoga practice.
Cara’s motivation to teach is her desire to create spaces for people of all backgrounds, ethnicities and yoga levels to experience a supportive, kind and motivating environment.
A Chicago native, Cara came to Evanston 9 years ago with her son and happily calls it home now. Her love for yoga and teaching finds her constantly growing her own practice and incorporating new ways to further her students’ practices as well. She looks forward to practicing with you!
