Christina began practicing yoga in 2009. Her favorite part of yoga is the way her own practice is truly unique each time she steps on the mat. She encourages her students to explore the uniqueness of their own practice when they join her in class.
Christina’s teaching focuses on the integration of the movement of the body and the movement of the breath. With each of her classes, she hopes to provide her students with an accessible and challenging practice, a practice they can carry with them off the yoga mat.
Christina received her 200-Hour Certification and Level 2 Certification at Chi-Town Shakti, and is forever grateful for the guidance and support of her teachers. She continues to seek opportunities to learn and grow in her own practice and her teaching.
