Jennifer’s mantra is that compassion begins within and radiates outward, extending to all living beings. Her lifestyle has inspired her yoga practice on a deeply spiritual level of practicing ahimsa, or nonviolence. She has been dedicated to studying and practicing yoga for over a decade. She is certified with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 hour instructor, and is currently pursuing her 500-hour advanced certification. Her teaching style is a balance between alignment and introspection, and connecting it all through breath & body awareness. She likes to bring in Indian philosophy and deities, Goddess and Shakti energy, the Yoga Sutras and the Eight Limbs of Yoga, and Mantras & Mudras into her classes. She is also the creator of Dharma Delights, dedicated to sharing high-vibe wellness through cold-pressed adaptogenic juices, superfood smoothies, plant-based raw food & Ayurvedic cooked food, and western herbalism.
